Meet the Team
Hal Salisbury
President/Owner
Hal has served in a management or owner capacity in the printing industry since 2002. Hal previously served as President of Oklahoma Offset, Inc. in Tulsa OK.
Bluestem Integrated began as a division of Oklahoma Offset in 2007 and became a stand alone company in 2012. Hal is the President and sole owner of Bluestem Integrated.
Hal has a deep background in Lean Manufacturing Processes. Hal leads the development and implementation of Lean Manufacturing Processes at Bluestem Integrated. Under Hal’s leadership Bluestem Integrated is making significant improvements to its production, fulfillment and administrative processes. Hal also leads Bluestem’s initiative to expand into services and products naturally extending from or to its digital printing business.
Hal is actively involved in his community and in industry associations and organizations. Hal is a current or past board member and has served in leadership roles for numerous non-profit organizations and printing associations and organizations.
Blake Hendrickson
Chief Operating Officer
Blake has over 20 years experience in the printing industry. Blake has a deep and broad background in offset and digital pre-press, print production and finishing. He also has significant experience with kitting/fulfillment operations, IT and graphic design.
Blake served as Production Manager for Bluestem Integrated from 2008 to 2014.
In 2014 Blake was named Chief Operating Officer. Blake directs and supports all production and administrative operations and personnel at Bluestem. Blake is also responsible for purchasing/supply chain management, serves as IT liaison to internal staff and external IT and software providers and leads Bluestem’s Lean Manufacturing Initiative.
Lori Graflund
Chief Financial Officer / Human Resources
Lori joined Bluestem Integrated in 2014.
Lori is responsible for day to day financial accounting, payroll, and all employee benefits. Lori is a graduate of Pittsburg State University with a degree in accounting. Lori is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant.
Lori has broad experience in financial analysis and tax reporting. She started her career in public accounting at Arthur Andersen, Tax Division. She has over 20 years of experience in senior financial and accounting positions in the corporate world.
Josh Schrock
Business Development / Sales
Josh has 20 years of experience in the digital printing industry working with all kinds of clients including, convenience store chains, QSR restaurants, retailers, manufacturers and more. He loves working with customers to develop sign programs that meet their needs and help each business develop a more efficient process. A relational seller, Josh works hard to make sure that his customers are understood and put in the best situation possible for their company’s success.
Josh graduated with a marketing degree from Northeastern State University and uses that experience to provide innovative and custom solutions for each and every client. He is willing to go the extra mile to let his clients know they are unique and valued.
Braxton Close
Business Development / Sales
Braxton has been in the printing industry for 21 years. Braxton has a deep background and experience in offset and digital printing.
Braxton is customer focused and always seeks the opportunity to discuss and understand your business before developing and proposing ways to assist your business and grow your sales. He has experience working with small, medium and large companies and brands in multiple business segments and verticals.
Braxton graduated from Oklahoma State University and lives in Tulsa. When he isn’t working Braxton is an avid outdoorsman who loves to kayak fish, mountain bike and hike.
